Keynote Speaker | Leigh Ryswyk

The former Brisbane Lions player and SANFL champion become the first past or present male AFL player to publicly come out as gay in March 2026. This will be his first appearance in Western Australia, and Leigh will share his story and discuss visibility, belonging and the environments we create in sport, business and beyond.

We acknowledge and respect that this event takes place on Transgender Day of Remembrance and will honour the significance of the day as part of our program.
