A range of different cup options were investigated, then tested via research and focus groups with people right here in WA.
Getting the balance right for a range of factors from environmental footprint, ability to supply, cost and appearance is important. The new paper cups are 100% recoverable, plastic-free and pass on no additional cost to the customer.
Yes. There is no change to the volume of drinks served in the new paper cups. They do the same job and are sourced from a local WA supplier.
Paper cups can go in the 'Yellow Bins' to be recycled with all other paper products.
