Option 1 - Non-Catered

Your event will receive the following inclusions:
- Tiered theatre-style seating in the southern quadrant of level 3 at Optus Stadium
- Embedded stage at the base of the seating section
- AV, handheld microphones, staging (3.6m x 2.4m), lighting, lectern and microphone and AV technician
- Dedicated security guards for the duration of your event and ushers to assist with seating
- 10 x VIP internal parking bays for teachers
- School logo/welcome image and AV feed on super screen
Option 2 - Catered
$45pp*
*based on minimum of 600 people
In addition to the inclusions above, your event will include the following:
- Light refreshments post-ceremony (coffee, tea, juice and 2 food items)
- Catering served in Sports Lounge, overlooking the Stadium’s pitch
